DragonCon 2009 - All events and parties schedule

Following suit from last year, here is the list of cool things/events/parties have popped up in a number of different threads here, I thought I would put together a single source for events with details.

Please check back often, as I will keep this thread up to date, and details might change. For ease of reference, I will list all the events below chronologically.If you have anything to add, reply to this thread, or PM me and I will edit the main/first post with everything people need to know.

Lunch @ The Vortex

I was wondering if the speakeasy theme one was still since it hadn't been discussed on the board for months (though I did mention it last week). Is it still going to be a small get-together?

Also Scarfyrre, do you still want to do the scavenger hunt game?

Also, my friend and I are getting in on Wednesday, so if anyone is also getting in on Wednesday night and want to hang out maybe we can meetup.

Yes. Small get together is a good way of putting it. More like one of those, "knock on the door, who is there" type things. Mostly very active members, plus a few invites for cool people we meet at the meet-N-greet. I have spoken to a number of other party throwers so far, and arranged admission for everyone @ the consluts party once we start wandering.

I was mostly interested in the small party, since it would allow for meeting and actually talking to other members. So the meet and greet for Conslut is at 11 thursday this year, 9 was alittle early last year.

I'd still like to, but with the Thriller dance thing, I think I'm swamped. Are you on FaceBook or do you want to email me? I think it would be a really fun thing to do.
